Who is this coaching for?
Men over 40 who are ready to take control of their fitness, whether you're just getting started, returning after time away, or optimizing your performance with TRT or advanced supplementation.

Do I need to be on TRT to work with you?
Not at all. While I specialize in working with men on hormone therapy or advanced protocols, it's not required. My coaching is fully customized to your current health status and goals.

What’s included in the coaching?
You’ll get fully customized workout and nutrition plans based on your goals, schedule, and current level. Everything is accessible via an app that works on your phone, computer, or smartwatch. You’ll also have direct access to me for questions, adjustments, and accountability.

How is this different from other programs?
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan. I’ve lived this transformation myself — and I coach with a level of detail, understanding, and adaptability most cookie-cutter apps or influencers can’t offer. Every plan is built for you.

Can you work around injuries or limitations?
Absolutely. Whether you're dealing with old injuries, joint pain, or other physical limitations, I’ll build your plan to work with your body — not against it.

Do you provide meal plans or just macros?
I offer both. You'll receive either a detailed meal plan or macro-based guidance depending on your needs and preferences. I also provide adjustments as your body and goals evolve.

Is this LGBTQ+ friendly?
Yes — 100%. This is a safe, inclusive coaching space for anyone serious about their goals. Judgment-free and focused on results.

What if I’ve never tracked food or followed a plan before?
No problem. I’ll meet you where you’re at and help you build the skills you need — one step at a time. You don’t have to be perfect; you just need to be willing to start.

How do I know this will work for me?
