My name’s Patrick, and I created Strength After 40 for guys like me — men who’ve lived a little, been through some stuff, and are ready to take their strength, health, and confidence seriously again.
I wasn’t always in shape. Not long ago, I was over 30% body fat, recovering from Guillain-Barré Syndrome, and stuck in a body that didn’t feel like mine anymore. I had lost my energy, my edge, and honestly — my hope that I’d ever feel strong again.
But I rebuilt. Slowly, intelligently, and with purpose. Today I’m 46, lean, muscular, and stronger than I was in my 20s. I got here by taking a smart, sustainable approach that combines effective training, targeted nutrition, responsible supplementation, and the kind of lifestyle shifts that actually last. And now, I help other men do the same.
Through 1-on-1 coaching, I build fully customized training and nutrition plans based on your body, your lifestyle, and your goals — whether that means dropping fat, gaining lean muscle, navigating TRT, or optimizing a more advanced supplementation strategy. Everything is delivered through an intuitive app you can access from your phone, computer, or smartwatch — giving you flexibility, structure, and daily accountability, all in one place.

I’m NASM-certified, with real-world experience helping men over 40 get leaner, stronger, and more capable — whether they’re just getting started or running advanced protocols. And as someone who’s been through major setbacks and transformations myself, I offer a judgment-free space for anyone ready to do the work.
